Action and Dive Training-Center

The Fürthermare sports pool is and ideal training site for divers, freedivers, and snorkelers; with two pools and a total of three different depth ranges, it is the perfect training platform for pool sessions not only for OWD courses.

The Rothsee is a typical training water near Nuremberg. It is also a nice alternative to other waters for trained divers. Since there are certain customs and laws to be observed, we recommend that you either explore the lake or contact a center near you in advance.

The Happurger Baggersee is in the Nuremberg area. Size approx. 350 x 150 meters. Maximum depth 8 meters. The entrance is near the water rescue station. There is a restaurant and toilets open seasonally. This site is not to be confused with Happurger Stausee, as diving is prohibited there.

Diving tower at a separate diving pool is available. There are two water slides, one freefall and one wave slide. Children's pool with 28°C warm water.

On the southern shore of Lake Murner See, a former open-cast lignite mine, you will find the entrance “Slide.“ At about 5 m a metal material slide begins, which goes down to a depth of about 40 m. In the shallow area there is also a beautiful underwater forest. The acidic water provides mostly good visibility.
