Diving.Voyage Legal
Terms of Service
The agreement for using Diving.Voyage, creating an account, publishing content and accessing platform features.
Who we are
Diving.Voyage is operated by Marcel Lewandowski, a sole trader registered in Ireland under the business name Webase Global (business name number 675208), with a registered business address at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland ("Diving.Voyage", "Webase Global", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms govern the Diving.Voyage website, accounts, public profiles, directories, maps, logbook, saved items, community features, inquiries and booking access. By creating an account or using an account feature, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may include a minor in a booking where the Operator permits it. Provide accurate information, use your own account, protect your credentials and use Contact if you suspect unauthorised access.
Our role
We help people discover dive businesses, sites, marine life and ocean-animal journeys; maintain a diver profile and logbook; publish contributions; contact businesses; and book services supplied by independent Operators.
The Operator named in a listing or booking — not Diving.Voyage — supplies the activity and is responsible for staff, vessels, equipment, permits, insurance, prices, availability, safety decisions and performance. A listing, badge or rating is not a guarantee or endorsement.
Profiles and content
A diver profile is private by default. You choose whether to publish it. Private contact details, date of birth, home address, emergency contacts and proof documents are not displayed through the public profile.
You retain ownership of original content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, format, translate, display and distribute it as needed to operate, secure and promote Diving.Voyage, subject to your privacy settings.
- Upload only content you created or may lawfully use.
- Do not impersonate anyone or expose private information.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsafe material.
- Do not manipulate reviews, rankings, accounts, payments or security.
Restrictions and moderation
We may review, label, restrict, remove or preserve content and may suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements or enforcement. Where required and appropriate, we explain the main reason and provide an appeal route.
Dormant, incomplete, fraudulent or spam accounts may be removed after at least 24 months of inactivity and 30 days' notice where contact is possible.
Bookings and availability
Bookings are also governed by the Booking Terms, the Operator's frozen cancellation policy and the transaction details shown before payment. The named Operator is the contracting provider and merchant of record. Diving.Voyage may receive an Operator-side fee that does not add a separate charge to the diver.
We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or our responsibility for our own acts and omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an Operator's service or safety decisions, changing conditions, user content, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Law and changes
Irish law governs these Terms. Consumers keep mandatory protections and court rights available in their country of habitual residence. B2B disputes are subject to the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
We normally give at least 30 days' email notice of material changes. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner. Use Contact before proceedings so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.
