THE SHORT VERSION
Questions,
answered.
Three products. Two audiences. One ocean-sized idea. Here is what connects, what stays separate and who gets what.
The Ecosystem
Three names. Three clear jobs. One connected diving world.
What is Diving.Management?
Diving.Management is the umbrella behind the ecosystem. It connects the vision, products and partnerships that help divers explore more while dive businesses run better.
Visit Diving.ManagementWhat is Diving.Voyage?
Diving.Voyage is the free public platform for divers. Build your profile, keep certifications and dives together, discover dive sites and businesses, plan future encounters and follow protected marine animals.
What is Diving.Software?
Diving.Software is the operations platform for dive businesses — and the place where a business activates its free booking channel for Diving.Voyage. It also handles customers, planning, staff and the daily work that should never depend on a heroic clipboard.
Explore Diving.SoftwareWhy are there three different names?
Because divers and dive operators need different tools. Diving.Voyage is built for discovery and the diver journey. Diving.Software runs the business behind that journey. Diving.Management keeps the ecosystem moving in one direction.
Are they one shared application?
No. They are connected products with separate responsibilities. Your diver account belongs to Diving.Voyage. Business operations and business data belong to Diving.Software. They exchange only the information needed for a specific action.
For Divers
Your diving life, minus the paperwork treasure hunt.
Is Diving.Voyage really free for divers?
Yes. Your diver profile, Certificate Wallet, Logbook and discovery tools are free to use.
What is my Diving.Voyage number?
It is one global number linked to your diver profile. A business can use it to find the correct profile instead of guessing from a name, email or a pile of plastic cards.
Does the Certificate Wallet replace my training agency?
No. Your agency still issues the qualification. The Wallet gives certifications from different federations one organized home and makes them easier to carry, share and verify.
Can I keep certifications from different federations?
Yes. The point is one Wallet for your full diving history, not one more federation-shaped box.
How are certifications verified?
Every certification is clearly marked as self-reported or verified. Adding a card or proof helps document it, but it does not magically turn it into federation verification. Verified status is reserved for credentials confirmed through an authorized verification process.
How does the Logbook work?
Choose the dive site, add the date, depth and bottom time, then keep as much detail as you want — conditions, equipment, gas, buddy, dive center, notes and even how the dive felt. Each entry stays tied to your global diver profile.
What is the gamification for?
Real diving milestones unlock badges, XP and new journey levels. Logging dives, adding certifications, exploring sites and recording marine-life encounters turns your history into visible progress — not a high-score contest for risky diving.
Is my profile public?
Only the public profile is designed to be shared. Private account details are not turned into public directory content just because you create an account.
What can I save for later?
Dive sites you want to visit, marine life you hope to see and the places and encounters already collected along the way. Think less bucket list, more ocean list.
Why is booking not available for some Dive Shops?
Some operators use Diving.Software only for POS or still take reservations directly, so they have not published their Activities online yet. Select Ask about booking on the Dive Shop profile to send them a message. Your request may be exactly what prompts the operator to switch on online booking and publish its next available experiences.
Booking
Free to switch on. Built to turn discovery into real bookings.
Can my business activate booking on Diving.Voyage?
Yes. Booking is activated and managed inside Diving.Software, even if you did not realize it was already part of the system. Add your bookable offers, availability and payment setup, then let divers move from discovery to booking without leaving Diving.Voyage.
Activate Free BookingHow much does booking cost?
Activating and using the booking system is free. A fee is charged only when a booking is made, under the current Terms shown in Diving.Software. No booking, no booking fee.
Can I connect my own bank account?
Yes. The business connects its own payment and payout account in Diving.Software, so booking money goes to the business's configured account.
Where does a Diving.Voyage booking go?
Straight into the business workflow in Diving.Software. The operator receives the reservation where customers, payments, planning and daily operations already live.
Is every booking confirmed instantly?
Not always. A business can offer instant confirmation or require approval, depending on the activity. The diver sees which type applies before booking.
Who should I contact about a booked activity?
The dive business runs the activity and manages the reservation. Diving.Voyage helps you discover and book it; the operator remains your source for operational details.
Profiles & Claim
Find your profile. Prove it is yours. Turn browsers into bookings.
Why is my dive business already listed?
Diving.Voyage builds a useful global directory from recognized diving-industry sources, including federation business listings. An existing profile helps divers find you; claiming it gives you control of what happens next.
How do I claim my Dive Shop?
Find your Dive Shop on Diving.Voyage and select Claim. We send a verification email to the business address used in its federation listing. Open that link, continue to Diving.Software and create the business account that will be connected to the profile.
Find Your Dive ShopCan I claim it by registering directly?
Yes. If you know the email address used for your federation listing, register in Diving.Software with that same address. Once the email is verified, the eligible business profile is linked automatically.
Create Business AccountDo I manage my business on Diving.Voyage?
No. You manage your profile, booking and operations in Diving.Software. Approved public information appears on Diving.Voyage, where divers search and book.
Is the public business profile free?
Yes. A dive business can claim and manage its public Diving.Voyage profile through a free Diving.Software account.
Can one company have several locations?
Yes. Each physical location can have its own public profile, so divers find the place they can actually visit rather than a vague pin somewhere near head office.
What does diver verification show?
With the diver's number and permission, a business can reach the connected profile and review the dives and certifications relevant to the activity. Each credential is clearly marked as verified or self-reported.
Will customer details stay current?
Connected divers can provide a current profile snapshot during booking. The business remains in control of its customer record and reviews changes instead of having data silently overwritten.
Data & Trust
Connected where useful. Separate where it matters.
Do I need two accounts?
A diver uses a Diving.Voyage account. A business team uses Diving.Software. If you are both a diver and an operator, you may use both because the accounts do different jobs.
Do the products share one database?
No. The products keep separate databases and responsibilities. They communicate through protected connections only when a feature needs information from the other product.
How is my account protected?
Account access uses verified email, protected sign-in sessions and controlled recovery flows. Connections between Diving.Voyage and Diving.Software happen server to server, so private integration credentials are never handed to the browser.
Can a business change my diver profile?
No. Your global diver identity belongs to you in Diving.Voyage. A business controls only its own customer and operational records in Diving.Software.
Can Diving.Voyage overwrite a business customer record?
No. New diver details are presented to the business as changes to review. The operator chooses what belongs in its customer record.
Why are protected animals not always shown live?
Because a perfect live location can be dangerous information. Ocean Tracks can delay or reduce location precision to help protect the animal while still letting you follow its journey.
Who owns reviews and messages sent to a dive business?
They belong with the business or dive-site record in Diving.Software. Diving.Voyage provides the public experience, while the operator receives and manages the conversation in its own workspace.
