Bali Aqua Nusa Penida is an environmentally-minded, professional and PADI 5* IDC Center. We are located on the north coast of Nusa Penida in the village of Ped. We are located right on the water with our training pool and two dive boats just steps from the center. Everything is conveniently located right here to make your time with us easy and memorable! Our top priority for our divers is safety but this is closely followed by fun! Our team is warm and friendly and we treat our customers are part of the family! Our dive professionals have a deep passion for the ocean and know these dives sites and conditions intimately. Join us for a day of diving or snorkeling, do your first dive ever, become certified, take advanced or specialty courses or stay awhile and become a dive professional! No matter how long you are here, you will enjoy your time, feel like part of the family, and wish you were staying longer!

Ped is a beautiful dive site on the north side of Nusa Penida. Ped features a sloping reef starting at 5m, descending all the way to 40m and beyond. Currents range from mild to strong.

Ped dive site consists of a fairly wide and shallow plateau where there is an impressive diversity of flora and fauna. Turtles love this site and we come across them quite often. Following the plateau, a wall takes us to the seabed. Here, the chances of crossing a Mola-Mola during the season are relatively high. The macro is also omnipresent : it is an explosion of colors !

SD Point
Indonesia
SD Point is an abbreviation for ‘Sekolah Dasar’ or elementary school. It’s arguably the most diverse collection of corals in Bali. Having shelf slope bottom parallel along the beach cover with abundant corals make this site is great for Drift Dive activities. Occasionally the current can be very strong.

This dive site is easy access by speed boat and best to dive with the current. Divers and a dive leader should be well coordinating with a speed boat captain about the dive time, pick up point, and exit for the dive. The reef is absolutely beautiful, an extended pristine coral reef.

Dan’s Reef

Dan’s Reef is the house reef situated just in front on Nomads Diving, Nusa Penida. It is accessible by shore entry, or boat entry. It is a beautiful, relatively untouched dive site that can be prone to strong currents during tidal changes. Shallow steps followed by a deep sloping area are the main characteristics.

Project Laut Restoration Patch

Project Laut’s officially designated Coral Restoration Area. The restoration area is at approximately 6m depth on a reef scarred area, but descends in a sloping fashion down into depths of 40+ meters. The dive site is typically done via shore entry and can experience strong currents, so advanced divers only.
