Ceningan Divers
Nusa Ceningan, BaliAbout this dive shop
Dive into the Extraordinary with Ceningan Divers: Start your day with two (2) exhilarating dives, typically departing around 8am. Our morning dive trips last approximately 4 hours, with tea, coffee, and snacks provided between the first and second dives. If you’re up for more, we also offer an afternoon dive, usually departing at 1pm and taking about 2 hours. We prioritize personalized diving experiences by maintaining small groups, with a maximum ratio of four divers to one Divemaster/Instructor. Safety is paramount—our boats are equipped with oxygen, first aid kits, spare dive gear, tools, a marine radio, and life jackets. Each diver is also provided with a sarong (towel) and access to free-flowing water to keep you hydrated. Our dive site selection is based on daily conditions and the experience level of our guests. We know many divers are eager to encounter Manta Rays and Mola Molas, so we strive to visit these spots whenever the conditions allow. Mantas can be seen year-round, though weather conditions play a crucial role in our ability to reach their locations. Typically, the days surrounding a new moon or full moon bring higher swells, making it more challenging. For the best chance of spotting Mola Molas, plan your visit between mid-August and mid-October, although sightings do happen randomly throughout the year. Our high season runs from mid-June to late October and during the Christmas/New Year holidays. The rainy season begins in mid-November and continues until late March. Eco-Conscious Diving at Ceningan Divers: At Ceningan Divers, we're not just passionate about diving; we're dedicated to preserving the marine environment. As a Five Star IDC Resort, we're proud to be ranked among the top Green Fins Operators globally, recognized as a PADI Eco Center and a 100% AWARE Partner. Our commitment to sustainability has earned us the titles of Green Fins Best Environmental Performer (2025), The Top Green Fins Member Globally (2024), Best Dive Resort of the Year (2019) and Dive Operator of the Year (2018) at the BlueGreen360 Awards. We offer online workshops on turtles, manta rays, mola mola, and reef conservation at https://edu.ceningandivers.com As a certified Green Fins Operator, our high standards ensure minimal impact on the aquatic world. We take our environmental responsibility seriously, right down to the sunscreen we use. Commercial sun creams, which often contain reef-harming chemicals, are not permitted at our resort or on our boats. Instead, we offer an eco-friendly, locally sourced sunscreen that's safe for both you and the reef.
