Since 1991, when we first opened our doors in Cozumel, we’ve been sharing the magic of the island’s world-class reefs with divers from all over the world. What sets us apart? It’s simple: small groups, personal attention, and a deep love for the ocean. We believe your dive experience should feel easy, fun, and unforgettable — not rushed or crowded. That’s why we limit our trips to just 7 divers per group, giving you more space, more comfort, and more time to enjoy every moment. Our boats are specially designed with divers in mind, and our crew is here to make you feel like part of the Cha Cha Cha family — whether it’s your first dive or your fiftieth. After a recent rebranding and a few renovations, we’re looking better than ever — but we’re still in the same spot, still run by the same people, and still delivering the personalized, professional service that made us a favorite for over three decades. This little known shallow dive site is home to two scuttled ships and lots of marine life. Large starfish, lionfish scorpionfish and morays inhabit this spot ideal for the second dive of the day. It is also a shallow grass bottom site with plenty of conch, which makes it ideal for spotting large eagle rays.

Puerto de Abrigo

Right at the entrance of the Puerto de Abrigo marina, a wall drop off starts at 45 ft/15m of depth. The wall extends over one kilometer North to Cantarel, past the Coral Princess hotel. Frequent strong currents take divers flying over the reef, sometimes finishing the dive in another site.

Located just south of town, this is a great entry point for confined and open water training. Max depth 20 feet and partially protected from the current. Also great for night dives & photographers.

This is a wall dive which slopes steeply. It can be done from shore, though this is not advised. The swim out from shore takes approximately 15 minutes which makes it a short dive overall.
