Dive Friends Bonaire offers some of the best diving and dive services Bonaire has to offer. As a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Center, we welcome divers of all ages and experience levels — from kids’ programs and beginner courses to continuing education and professional-level dive training. We are also the only Avelo Dive Center in the Caribbean. With 7 dive shops across Bonaire, you are never far from your next dive adventure. Visit us at Hamlet Oasis, Sand Dollar, Retail & Dive, Yellow Submarine, Dive Inn, Port Bonaire, or Delfins Beach to pick up or drop off tanks, arrange dive activities, or find everything you need for both below and above the water at our 3 retail locations, REEF, ARENA and Dushi Store. Dive Friends Bonaire is not tied to just one resort, which means divers staying anywhere on the island are welcome to dive with us. We make shore and boat diving as easy and convenient as possible, starting with a Marine Park orientation offered daily between 09:00–11:30 and 14:00–15:30. Whether it is your first visit or your tenth, we are here to make your Bonaire diving experience easy, memorable, and friendly.

Yellow Submarine
Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba
Enter next to the pier at Yellow Submarine and head straight out to the reef. Top of reef is around 6 meters, bottom is around 30 meters. Watch out for boat traffic.

This dive site lives up to its name: Something Special because it is just that. An incredible amount of biodiversity calls this reef home; it’s filled with an incredible mixture of hard and soft corals. The sandy areas have discarded rubble that acts as a fantastic artificial reef.

From the resort of the same name you can dive into the water from the beach or from the boat. Beautiful reef puts different lives. Be careful not to dive into the harbor entrance!

Front Porch
South America, Caribbean Netherlands, Bonaire
Front porch is located at the sandy beach of the Eden BEach resort, it is not knownfor its coral reefs but for its old pieces of metal: steel pipes, wreck parts. It attracts a wide variety of marine life: Trumpet fish, trunk fish, scorpion fish, school of horse eye jacks, soap fish, large groupers, moray eels and much more. There's a wreck here as well. It's a ten-meter tugboat at 24-28 meters, on the rightside of the beach. The tug lies upside down with the bow northwards. The shallows in front of the beach is a nursery for new elk horns, which are grown in the nursery of the dive center.

Front Porche is a shore accessible dive site not well known for its outstanding reef, but for its scraps. The site is littered with steel pipes, wreck parts, and old machinery. This interesting mix of artificial reef attracts a wide array of marine life.
