The Nitzan is a fishing boat that was sunk in April 2012 to create an artificial dive site. It stands erect at a depth of 26 meters (85 feet) and is 6 km (3.7 miles) from shore. The ship is 25 meters (82 feet) long, so you can swim around the whole thing and, if you’re qualified, penetrate the ship as well.

The Achziv Canyon is a long wall stretching from north to south parallel to the shore line, about 1km from shore. It starts at 10 meters (30 feet) deep and drops to 30 meters (100 feet).

North-east to the Bat-Galim beach, starting opposite the navy lookout post and spreading north, the remains of the immigrant ship “Arlozerov“ (Houle), sank in 1947 while a British commando raided it.
