Year round we provide guided dive tours of the ex-HMAS Tobruk, a strikingly unique and technical military wreck resting majestically on her starboard side located a short distance from Hervey Bay. New this year we have introduced an exciting addition to our business; Advance II Reef Expeditions. This tour will be the dive excursion of a lifetime and is primarily designed for divers however snorkelers are more than welcome to join the expedition. Explore Lady Elliot Island reefs, Lady Musgrave reefs and lagoon, Fairfax Island reefs and topping off the tour will be wreck dives on the ex-HMAS Tobruk. Your adventure departs from Hervey Bay in southeast Queensland with at least 10+ dives/ snorkels over 3 nights/4 days, including a night dive. Diving from our motor sailing dive vessel Advance II, you will be guided by our experienced and passionate dive instructors and dive masters. If a dive live aboard is not for you! Why not experience a private fully crewed and catered marine adventure on our Advance II K'Gari Skippered Private Charter. Bring the family, a group of friends or even a team building adventure for workmates. Located a short distance from the harbour are some of the best local dives you could come across; K'Gari Wreck, Goorie Wreck, The 3 Ships Wrecks, Hardys Artificial Reef, Simpson Artificial Reef, The Snapper Grounds, Iron Maria Wreck and Moon Ledge. During the annual Humpback migration (July - October) we operate a dedicated Swim with a Humpback Whale and Watch Tour. This tour is a premium experience where we humans get to interact and play with the whales. During the summer months we operate our popular Kayak and Snorkel Tour which commences in December and runs through to May. This is an all of family fun marine tour for all level of fitness. Hervey Bay Dive Centre is a family run dive/charter operator based out of the The Boat Club Marina in sunny Hervey Bay, Queensland. We are a fully accredited, Ecotourism certified, PADI Dive Centre with an experienced and passionate Dive Team. Our dedicated PADI Instructors deliver continuous dive courses from 'Discover Scuba' right through to 'Dive Master'. Our goal is to provide a personal, bespoke and memorable marine experiences for our customers.
