COMO Maalifushi Dive Center offers access to 28 biodiverse dive sites around Thaa Atoll. Daily dive trips depart from the island, and journey time is never more than 40 minutes. Boats are spacious and comfortable and come with refreshments during the surface interval. Facilities include a shop, rental equipment, storage facility, fish ID books, air-conditioned classroom and fresh water showers. Your equipment will be prepared, loaded onto the boat, offloaded, rinsed and stored your behalf. A range of PADI courses are offered, including specialities like night diver, deep diver and nitrox. All instructors and boat captains have an intimate knowledge of the local waters. Night diving is offered.

This small Giri lies to the west of Medhufushi. The sandy plateau at 10 - 14 m is covered in coral formations; also there are huge overhangs full of soft corals, reaching down from 15 - 33 m. As the Giri is very protected, this dive site is suitable for all diving levels.

This Giri lies very protected in the inner atoll, north of Hakura Island, and therefore is usually free of currents. On the northwest side, the drop-off falls to 30 m.

Triple Rock

Triple Rock consists of 3 small Giris to the west of Medhufushi. At around 10 m deep, there are overhangs that reach over to the east. On the middle Giri we find soft corals and giant clams. On the southwest side, there is a plateau with large coral formations at 15 m. Marco photographers will be delighted.
