Palma Diving

Playa de Mardavall is a small, quiet rocky beach with clear Mediterranean water and a natural seabed of stones and mixed terrain. The shallow to moderate depths and calm conditions make it suitable for relaxed snorkeling or shallow dives, offering an easy way to explore typical coastal underwater scenery.

The area in front of Punta Negra has two small coves: one rocky with structures to explore, the other sandy for seabed variety. Depths range 6–8 m near shore, with clear waters and good visibility. Rocky formations, caves, and crevices shelter local marine life.

Son Matias Beach in Palmanova offers easy access to calm, clear Mediterranean waters and sandy seabeds with rocky edges and posidonia meadows. Dive experiences from the beach are shallow (around 3 m), perfect for first dives or snorkeling with instructors nearby.

Costa d’en Blanes is a small sandy beach between Punta Negra and Puerto Portals with calm, clear Mediterranean water that can reach 3–5 m depth near shore and slightly deeper further out. The rocky edges near the beach offer varied shallow terrain for casual snorkeling and gentle underwater exploration.

Stationary diving is good for beginners, the one-way dive is also ideal for beginners and advanced. In high season, boat traffic in the bay should be noted.

This dive site is very suitable for try diving, training dives, and new divers. Caribbean-like water with a sandy bottom, closer to rocks rather stony ground.
