Since the founding in 1990, Red Sea Diving Safari has grown into a world-class diving destination. The eco-diving concept has been internationally recognized as a model of tourism development and the village offer the experience of what has become known as "The Eco-diving Adventure". As a PADI Diving Centre, the full range of PADI courses are offered and local dive sites are suitable for divers of all levels. The villages offer guests a variety of diving possibilities including unlimited diving on house reef, truck dives, night dives and boat dives to world-famous dive sites such as Elphinstone and Marsa Abu Dabab. It is mandatory for guests who have not dived for a year or completed a crossover from different diving federations to PADI to undergo a scuba review, with exceptions only for highly experienced and high level divers. Orientation Dives on arrival day: All orientation dives will be offered on the day after arrival, regardless of arrival time. Advanced requests for orientation dives on the same day as arrival will be noted but cannot be guaranteed until the you arrive on-site. You should contact the diving center on arrival to discuss the possibility of a sooner check dive.

Marsa Shagra House Reef

Marsa Shagara is a bay with an easy sand bottom entrance that leads to South or North reef dives. The depth starts at 1m and drops to 40m + outside the bay. It is one of the most pristine house reef dives in the south. This dive is great for entry level and experienced divers.

Dive Site Level: 2m - 30m, Interesting wall & drift dive starts by the biggest pinnacle 27m close to drop off followed by beautiful coral wall in 15-20m with lots of coral pinnacles. Coral gardens full of soft & hard & brain corals surrounded by many colourful fish. It is an incredibly good dive site to explore!

Diving site is just 5 minutes from the beach by zodiac. Here you can end the dive with the accompanying zodiac or dive all the way to the shore (diving time on average 50 minutes). There are about 10 anemones, hence the name Nemo City
