Scuba Junkie Penida is a PADI 5* IDC Dive Resort offering daily 3 tank trips around Nusa Penida. This multi-award winning dive resort is based on Nusa Penida - a stunning, laid-back island, just a short boat ride away from mainland Bali diving the best sites in the area. They offer daily dive trips around the Nusa Penida area where you can enjoy the beautiful reefs, fun drift dives, year round manta rays and seasonal mola (sunfish). Dive sites are 5-45 minutes away from the resort, all dives are led by their experienced and professional team aboard their custom built speedboats - Alexandrini, Mydas and Alopias. The dive sites are suitable for all levels, with something for everyone - Beginner divers and students can see their first manta ray, turtle or nemo. Experienced divers can enjoy the exhilarating drift dives and explore deeper in search of ocean giants like molas (sunfish). Conservation is at the heart of Scuba Junkie and Penida is a PADI Eco Center and a certified Green Fins Gold Member.

Project Laut Restoration Patch

Project Laut’s officially designated Coral Restoration Area. The restoration area is at approximately 6m depth on a reef scarred area, but descends in a sloping fashion down into depths of 40+ meters. The dive site is typically done via shore entry and can experience strong currents, so advanced divers only.

Dan’s Reef is the house reef situated just in front on Nomads Diving, Nusa Penida. It is accessible by shore entry, or boat entry. It is a beautiful, relatively untouched dive site that can be prone to strong currents during tidal changes. Shallow steps followed by a deep sloping area are the main characteristics.

SD Point

SD Point is an abbreviation for ‘Sekolah Dasar’ or elementary school. It’s arguably the most diverse collection of corals in Bali. Having shelf slope bottom parallel along the beach cover with abundant corals make this site is great for Drift Dive activities. Occasionally the current can be very strong.

Toya Pakeh is known as one of the best dive sites in the area. It is situated in a small nook on the north mouth of the Ceningan Channel.
