Scuba West has been helping divers explore the world since 1968. We are the largest dive center in both Pasco and Hernando County, Florida. as well as being a PADI Five Star IDC Center since 2012. Come dive Hudson Grotto, our very own prehistoric dive site, the oldest in Pasco county. This natural Florida inland dive site contains fossils, solution tubes and a variety of fun underwater attractions including speed boats, statuettes and training platforms, for divers of all experience levels to see. Fresh water fish and friendly soft shelled turtles greet our divers at the dock. We are open 361 days this year. Monday - Friday from 10am until 6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am until 5pm.

This site is also known as “Joe and Marys Sink“. There are actually two sinks side by side, but contrary to popular belief, they are not connected. Vis fluctuates depending on weather conditions and time of year, but it’s usually about 20ft. Max depth around 60ft.
