West End Divers is a PADI Five Star Dive Resort located in West End, Roatan, Honduras. We offer daily scuba diving excursions and training on the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Wall diving, swimthroughs, canyons, and wrecks! With 50+ dive sites and a variety of topography within a 20-minute boat ride, there is something for everyone. If you are visiting Roatan off a cruise ship, make sure to ask about our one-day dive/snorkel packages. If you are planning an extended stay, we are also happy to arrange Stay and Dive or Stay and Learn packages. Please feel free to email us with any questions or booking inquiries. The dive site called Lighthouse is a very popular dive. It is a great option for all levels of divers but is often used as a teaching site because of its great sand patches at 15-20 ft / 5-6 m.

Moonlight is a very popular dive site. It is great for diving along the top of the reef. There is also an amazing wall. The sand patches under the mooring lines are great for teaching.

El Aquario

This is a great pure deep and wall dive and can be done either as a drift dive (make sure you clear the boat channel to Saayas or Lighthouse if heading west/north) or a stationary dive. Belying its name the mooring is only in about 25 ft / 8 m on the top reef, but a short swim to the wall explains the name.

Located off West End, Half Moon Bay Wall is an easy site to get to and a popular one with local dive centers. The reef begins at 15 feet and drops to 150 feet.

Blue Channel
Honduras
Blue Channel dive is one of Roatan’s most famous snorkel sites, while at the same time a great dive site. Swim along a wide, shallow channel in the reef and into 20 minutes of tunnels. Finish the dive in the shallow swaying turtle grass.
