Welcome to your new diving family! At BLUE DREAMS DIVING, we believe that learning to dive is much more than getting a certification; it’s the beginning of an incredible adventure. We are Mónica and Alberto, passionate instructors and life partners, and we created this little corner in Bayahibe with one very clear purpose: to make you feel right at home from the very first moment you walk through the door. As an SSI training center, we take your learning very seriously, but always with a smile and without ever leaving the fun behind. Being a small, highly family-oriented center, we guarantee that you are never just a number here. We dedicate ourselves to you with all our care and attention to make sure every step in the water is safe, relaxed, and at your own pace. We will be by your side throughout your entire training, sharing our immense passion for the ocean with you and teaching you all the secrets so you can become an excellent, self-confident diver. At Blue Dreams Diving, we want you to feel like you are diving with friends every time you jump in the water, with total peace of mind. That is why we have designed our operation solely around your enjoyment, safety, and comfort. Here is what sets us apart: * Very small groups: To ensure you go at your own pace and don’t miss a thing, we dive with a maximum of 4 divers per guide or instructor. * VIP attention for training: If you are coming to learn or try diving for the first time with a Try Scuba or Basic Diver, our focus is highly exclusive: we guarantee a maximum of 2 people per instructor. * No mixed levels: Every experience deserves its own rhythm. That is why we never mix certified divers in the same group with students taking courses or people doing a Basic Diver. * Step-by-step safety, in and out of the water: Your peace of mind is our absolute priority. Before taking the giant stride, we take time to do a proper buddy check together, calmly making sure every piece of gear is perfect. Once submerged, because we dive in such small groups, you have our constant attention. We are always right by your side, keeping an eye on your buoyancy, checking your air, and ensuring you feel 100% safe and supported at all times. * Impeccable equipment: Your safety and comfort are non-negotiable for us. We use very new scuba gear and maintain it meticulously every single day. * Our special “Fish Briefing“: Before jumping in, we do more than just explain the route. We introduce you to our “underwater neighbors“. You will learn to identify species, learn their underwater hand signals, and discover fascinating fun facts so you don’t just see “colorful fish,“ but truly connect with the life of the reef.
