Curious 2 Dive N.V.

A great, shallow reef perfect for newer divers and snorkelers. Accessible by boat. Full of colorful hard and soft corals and sponges and lots of marine life.

The spot is named after the anchor line that runs into the depths here and is truly a hidden gem for divers. The spot is, certainly compared to other spots in the bay, unspoilt!

Currents make this site an intermediate to advanced dive. Located at the western tip of Caracas Bay you will find the largest pillar coral formations in the Caribbean and some amazing drop-offs. In the blue you’ll see large jacks, grouper, and barracuda chasing after their lunch.

Beautiful healthy shallow coral reef with plenty of purple sea fans, large formations of elkhorn coral, pillar coral, and staghorn corals. A very nice steep wall starting at about 10 meters / 30 ft with lots of small holes and overhangs.

Divers Leap is a steep wall dive, perfect for beginners and experienced divers also! ​Look for sea horses near the mooring, and large areas of pillar coral with lots of small reef fish swimming about on the terrace. The wall has excellent coral coverage with an abundance of deep-water fish. A hat shaped rock is located on the cliff behind Piedra Sombre (“Stone Hat”), which at one time was used by divers to pinpoint the site. ​At this dive site you may have the possibility to do a great drift dive, flying while enjoying the reef scene in front of you.

Tugboat is Curacao’s most famous dive and snorkel spot due to its shallow depth. It was wrecked just off the shore of Caracasbaai and sits in only 15 feet of water. The tugboat is crawling with marine life and is now covered in sponges and coral growth.
