Gigglin' Marlin Dive & Swim

This is Divetech’s state-of-the-art training pool. It was built on January of 2012. It has a retractable floor system that allows to establish variable depths.

The Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory is an astronaut training facility and neutral buoyancy pool operated by NASA and located at the Sonny Carter Training Facility, near the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

This dive sites offers dives for many types of divers. There are a few platforms at various depths as well as various objects to see like a camper, airplane and boats. Attractions can be reached by a guide line off of the suspended platforms.

Come visit our beautiful soft water pool! What is soft water you ask? It’s all the pros of a Salt Water Pool with none of the salt. Your skin will fell soft when you get out of the pool, and your eyes will either not burn or burn much less than a traditional chlorine or salt water pool.

This is a lake available to swimmers, scuba divers and fishermen. People use this lake to train for triathlons and other water activities. There are boats, boat motors, bathtubs, and other items sunken to find while scuba diving.

For Scuba Diving and scuba certification, Lake Longhorn dive site offers scuba/snorkel gear rentals, air-fills, well-built topwater docks with swim ladders and scuba diving underwater training platforms for scuba diving lessons for your scuba certification, multiple large boats and swim-throughs for your underwater experience. We are adding more diving attractions on a regular basis with the goal of becoming Houston's best and favorite open water training facility in Houston, Texas. Just like any scuba diving lake in the Houston area, visibility ranges from 3'-30' depending on the Houston area weather conditions, and the lake water temperature ranges from 50 degrees to the high 80's depending on the season. The maximum depth of the lake to be found in 35' with a mean depth of about 25'.
