A very nice dive, with a lot of little wrecks connected by an underwater path. Winter is the best time for diving on this spot due to high visibility. Suitable for OWD as well as for advanced divers.

Swimming pool ideal for recreational diving courses, ample parking available free of charge. Clean and cozy locker rooms, courteous at the front desk.

The dive is straightforward: to the north we have some sunken trees that serve as dens for numerous fish; be careful when crossing the bay due to presence in summer time of vessels.

Cymatized platforms and courses for any level up to Instructor level. Underwater replicas of a WWII anti-aircraft gun, amphorae and archaeological field, 1:1 scale replica of the sculptures "the Riace Bronzes," Wreck of the Taz, 35-meter long Italian Navy attack ship, Buoyancy course.

Coming down the slope that lines Villa Crespi, we arrive at Ortello. We find ourselves in a small area with access to the lake and a small limited parking lot; on the right we find a very small private marina. The dive proceeds to the left.

This dive site is among the most popular on Lake Maggiore. This is thanks to its vertical white rock that extends to a depth of about 100 meters, making it suitable for tech diving. Parking is available, along with a kiosk for lunch.
