The Kyrenia wreck is an army vessel that sunk at 2015. Since then she is resting on the shores of Agia Napa and boosting the marine life by creating a shelter. The ship is standing with all her glory on the sandy bottom, it is intact and has a great dramatic effect for the underwater photography enthusiasts.

Dived in June 2025 and the visibility was great! We dived at 09:00 a.m and we’ve been the only ones down there. Access is easy and guided by a shot buoy directly to the middle of the wreck. Based on your skill level, you can swim through the wreck. Lots of Lion fish and other fishes as well. I can recommend to use a torch if you want to dive through.
Dived on 02/04/25 at 0800. We were the only people there. Went down the shot buoy which will land you at the midpoint of the wreck… deepest point is around 28m near the stern in places. The deck sits at around the 17-20m depth so you can easily swim alongside it and see everything. It’s around 70 metres in length. The open cargo hold had a couple of lion fish but we saw lots of other fish schools in the surrounding area of the wreck. Penetrating the wheel house is really easy as it’s a wide open space with plenty of egress. Visibility was good throughout.
