Booking Terms
Who your booking is with, when it becomes binding and what each party must do.
The parties
Diving.Voyage is operated by Marcel Lewandowski, a sole trader registered in Ireland under the business name Webase Global (business name number 675208), with a registered business address at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland ("Diving.Voyage", "Webase Global", "we", "us" or "our").
The business named as the Operator during checkout is the seller, service provider and merchant of record. You contract directly with that Operator. Diving.Voyage provides discovery, booking and payment-facilitation technology and does not conduct or supervise the activity.
Your contract
Your contract consists of the booking summary shown before payment, these Booking Terms, the Operator's frozen cancellation policy and any identified Operator documents. Transaction-specific terms take priority, subject to mandatory law.
The lead booker must be 18 or older. Each adult personally completes any medical declaration, waiver or personal consent; a parent or legal guardian acts for a minor.
Electronic contracting
The booking steps are: select an offer and date, provide required participant details, review and correct the order summary, accept the identified terms, and select the payment button. The contract language is English.
We acknowledge a completed booking electronically without undue delay. The confirmation and booking contract schedule record the Operator, service, total, currency, frozen policy and document versions and remain available through the booking record or on request, subject to lawful retention.
Confirmation and price
Current online bookings use instant confirmation. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and confirmation is displayed or sent. The binding total is the amount shown immediately before payment and must include unavoidable taxes and charges known then. Optional extras require active selection.
The Operator sets the price. Diving.Voyage adds no separate customer booking fee, although it may receive commission from the Operator.
Payment and information
The full online amount is paid through Stripe. Stripe collects card details; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
Provide accurate participant, contact, certification, experience and sizing information reasonably required for the activity. We share the minimum booking information with the selected Operator. Optional ongoing profile synchronisation requires a separate choice.
Eligibility and conduct
The Operator may require age, certification, experience, swimming ability, medical clearance, insurance, documents or equipment and makes the final participation decision. Diving.Voyage does not determine medical fitness.
- Follow lawful briefings and reasonable safety instructions.
- Do not participate while impaired or knowingly unfit.
- Report material changes before the activity.
- Do not endanger staff, wildlife, participants or property.
Changes and cancellation
Weather, sea conditions, safety or government action may require changes. A material change must be communicated. Where required, you will be offered acceptance, a reasonable alternative, rescheduling or a refund.
If the Operator cancels and you do not accept an equivalent alternative, you receive a full monetary refund for the cancelled service. Voluntary cancellation, late arrival and no-show follow the policy frozen at checkout.
Complaints and law
Report immediate safety issues to the Operator. Send service complaints to the Operator with the booking reference and Platform or payment issues through Contact.
The service contract follows the law applicable to the Operator and service location, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Irish law governs use of Diving.Voyage booking technology.
