Reviews Policy
How we keep dive-shop and dive-site reviews genuine, relevant and useful.
Who may review
Any registered user may currently submit a review, but it must describe a genuine first-hand experience. Reviews are checked before publication. As booking coverage grows, transaction-linked reviews may receive a separate Verified Booking label.
Useful reviews
Focus on service, communication, safety culture, facilities, conditions or relevant experience details. Negative reviews are allowed when they follow this Policy.
Not allowed
- Fabricated, duplicate, retaliatory, extortionate or irrelevant reviews.
- Owner, staff, affiliate or competitor reviews without disclosure.
- Rewards tied to a positive rating or required wording.
- Personal attacks, private information, discrimination or threats.
- Unverified criminal allegations presented as fact.
- Reviews generated in full by artificial intelligence.
- Coordinated rating or account manipulation.
Moderation and evidence
We may request proportionate evidence, reject, label or remove a review. Do not send sensitive identity, medical or full payment documents unless requested through a suitable channel. Disagreement alone is not a removal reason.
Operators and appeals
Operators may report a suspected violation with evidence. Public Operator responses are not currently available. Reviewers and affected Operators may request reconsideration through Contact; we normally target a decision within 14 days.
