Ownership
Diving.Voyage and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, software, brand, design and original editorial material. Contributors retain ownership of original submissions, subject to the Terms licence.
Respect rights
- Upload only work you created or may lawfully use.
- Do not copy photos, descriptions, maps, logos or databases without authority.
- Do not use a trademark to falsely suggest affiliation.
- Do not remove rights-management information.
Send a notice
Use Contact and select the legal, privacy or content-report topic. Identify the protected work, exact Diving.Voyage URL, material complained of, your contact details and authority to act. Explain in good faith why use is unauthorised and confirm accuracy.
Review and response
We may request missing information, preserve evidence, restrict material, notify the contributor and record repeat violations. A contributor may provide a counter-notice or evidence of authority. We may restore material where the claim is withdrawn, unsupported or resolved.
Misuse
Knowingly false or abusive notices may create liability and lead to account restrictions. Repeated infringement may result in termination, considering context, evidence and law.
