Complaints & Appeals
How to report unlawful material, challenge a moderation decision or raise a Platform complaint.
What to report
- Content reasonably believed illegal in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, privacy violations or unsafe content.
- Intellectual-property infringement.
- A review, listing, account or message that breaches Platform rules.
- A moderation or account decision you want reconsidered.
How to report
Use Contact and select the legal, privacy or content-report topic. Include the exact URL or profile, concern, relevant country or legal basis if alleging illegality, and proportionate evidence. The channel enables direct electronic communication with a person and is not handled solely by automated tools. Do not send sensitive documents unless we provide a suitable channel.
What happens
We acknowledge a sufficiently detailed illegal-content notice electronically and assess it in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary way. We may ask questions, preserve evidence, restrict or remove material, take no action, or refer it to an Operator, provider or authority. Where required, affected users receive a clear statement of reasons and appeal information.

External redress
You keep rights to contact a competent regulator, court, consumer body or certified out-of-court body. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not our complaint channel.
Knowingly false or abusive reports may lead to restrictions. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; our support is not an emergency channel.
